We offer 1 on 1 personalized assistance utilizing phone calls, photography, videos, and FaceTime so the client can tell us what can be kept and how it will get to them. We are sensitive and understand the challenges of managing a loved one's personal items. Sometimes, there is enough for us to run an estate sale. Either way, we can coordinate with other providers (junk haulers, cleaning services, realtors) to make sure the house is clear and ready to go on the market.

We offer 1 on 1 personalized assistance to help organize, sort and pack all household belongings. New residence planning & set up including unpacking is also available. We can coordinate with other needed service providers (realtors, movers, junk haulers)

“You don’t seem like a traditional Estate Sale company” We hear it from a customer new to our sales at least once each sale. We don’t seem like a traditional estate sale company because we are not. We are a downsizing company trying to help our clients and their families with the “ Next Step”. The majority of the Estate Sales we run are for our clients who need other services first. So you won't see us hosting Estate Sales every weekend as our time with clients can span a period of 4 weeks or longer. We take the time needed to thoughtfully price, stage, and staff the sale. Depending on our schedule, if other services are not needed, we can prepare, and run an Estate Sale only. Estate sale costs are a percentage of the sale.
