We offer 1 on 1 personalized assistance utilizing phone calls, photography, videos, and FaceTime so the client can tell us what can be kept and how it will get to them. We are sensitive and understand the challenges of managing a loved one's personal items. Sometimes, there is enough for us to run an estate sale. Either way, we can coordinate with other providers (junk haulers, cleaning services, realtors) to make sure the house is clear and ready to go on the market.

Our team offers personalized assistance tailored to each client's individual needs. These services can include things like encouragement through the sorting of personal belonging, packing items, and helping sort paperwork. We can coordinate with other needed service providers (realtors, movers, junk haulers)

On a case by case basis we are occasionally able to offer Estate Sales to our downsizing & home sorting clients. We are a downsizing company trying to help our clients and their families with the “ Next Stage”. We take the time needed to thoughtfully price, stage, and staff the sale. Estate sale costs are a percentage of the sale.
